HOW TO ORDER
Ordering online is easy. We have a simple, easy to navigate site with a full product catalogue which also has sorting and filters to find exactly what you are looking for, together with a clear and concise shopping basket system that only takes a couple of clicks for you to order what you want!

All products come with a full description of the product and further information such as discounts for minimal packaging.
All prices are in UK Pounds Sterling £ (GPB). You can pay either by Paypal, or by credit or debit card using Stripe. Both have secure SSL payment environments which fully protect your data and card details. The delivery address details are entered during checkout. We only accept orders for delivery to the buyers billing address.

The delivery address as given at the time of payment is the only address to which we can ship. Therefore delivery addresses can not be amended or changed after the payment has been made. Orders with incorrect delivery addresses will need to be cancelled and refunded.

Please note:

Deliveries to communal buildings (offices etc) may be delivered to reception only, where any signature obtained constitutes a successful delivery.

We do not deliver to transient addresses (hotels, camp sites etc).

Once you have placed and paid for your order, the automatic system will send you a confirmation email. You may also receive a confirmation of payment from Paypal. So please be careful to enter your email address correctly and be sure to check your email regularly.

Almost all orders go through without a hitch! However, if we encounter any problems with your order, such as invalid delivery address, then we will need to contact you by email to query these. In the unlikely event that we cannot accept your order, you will be notified by email that your order has been cancelled and a full refund issued through the payment method you used (Paypal or Stripe).
Discounts for minimal packaging:
Because most of our products are intended for use by animals, and we want to keep all our pets and wildlife healthy, once your product has been opened we are not able to accept returns. This is why we individually pack most of our products in branded "see-through" packaging, prior to popping it in your postal box, so that you can see the actual product before you want to open and use it.

Even though our internal product packaging, where possible, is recyclable, biodegradable and compostable, this still adds to the waste packaging that must be disposed of. And since we always like to keep waste and packaging to a minimum, where possible we prefer not to have to supply a package within a package! Therefore, if you know that you will be happy with the product you have ordered, and wish to have it sent with minimal packaging where the product is packed only in a postal box, we offer a discounted price to you (only available on some products). It does mean that you lose your right to return the product for a refund, because under health and safety legislation, we can't resell any item that has been opened and so may have come into contact with other animals.

The minimal packaging discount will, of course, be perfect for repeat buyers! If you have previously bought an item and want to buy more, then why pay for extra packaging?!
All products, however they are packaged, are always shipped with instructions for use, health advice, and also some other useful info!
Discount codes:
From time to time we send out discount codes and special offers. If you have a discount code, then please add it into the coupon box at the checkout screen, and your total saving will be automatically calculated for you. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively, so make sure you enter the code at the time of placing your order, or you will lose the benefit. Percentage discounts do not apply to postage, which is added at the end of your order.

Subscribe & Save
We offer a discount for selected items when you subscribe to a regular fortnightly or monthly order. The value of subscription discounts are clearly shown on the relevant product pages where subscriptions are available.
Once a subscription is set up, you won't need to do anything more. Your selected payment method (Paypal or card via Stripe) will be automatically debited and your order dispatched within a day or two.

Due to the set up of the automated system, it's not possible for customers to buy a product subscription and another product at the same time. For the same reason, it's not possible to use coupon discount codes for subscription orders. So if you do want other items or to use a coupon discount code, you'll have to make a separate purchase for those items.
​
If you have any queries at all about your subscription, or need to change the frequency of your deliveries, or change the delivery address, or if you wish to cancel your subscription, you will need to let us know either via email to gbnaturesgoodies@gmail.com or by using our contact form and we will reply and action any necessary changes without delay.
Nature's Goodies reserve the right to amend details of products bought with subscriptions (including price). If such changes are made to an item for which you have a subscription, we will always contact you to keep you informed via email of the amendments and to ask if you wish to continue with your subscription.

Nature's Goodies reserve the right to cancel subscriptions at any time. In this unlikely event, we will always notify you via email of the reason(s) for the cancellation.

DELIVERY INFORMATION & CHARGES

Dispatch information & delivery charges
All items will be carefully packaged in environmentally friendly packaging where possible. Orders are usually dispatched within two working days after payment has been received, however if you place an order for an item which is personalised or bespoke/made-to-order, where not mentioned in the product description, we will email you to keep you informed of expected dispatch date. For your convenience and peace of mind, you will be sent confirmation of dispatch by email.

Local collection
We are based in Wirral in Merseyside (CH41), so if you are local to us and would like to collect your order, then you won't have to pay for delivery. Simply select "Local Collection" at checkout, and there will be no delivery charge added to your order.

As we are often out and about, you will need to contact us in order to organise the collection day and time. Please either phone us on 07985-166765, or message us via Email, WhatsApp, standard text, or even Instagram or Facebook message, so that you can arrange your collection day/time. You can also use our contact form here. You will need to tell us your order number when you contact us and bring a copy of your order details with you at the time of collection.

If you have placed an order for someone else to collect, you will need to contact us first to inform us that someone other than you is to collect your order, before they also contact us directly to arrange collection. Your nominated collector will need to bring a copy of your order details with them in order to be able to collect on your behalf.

International Delivery (orders for delivery to destinations outside of the UK)
Most products in our catalogue are available for delivery worldwide, but not all.
Global customs regulations prohibit the export of any products which may contain seeds. These regulations keep each country’s ecology safe, aiding conservation by preventing any accidental introductions of non-native species into each country.
For us, and for you, this means that all of our products made with hay and all those made with pine cones are not eligible for shipment to destinations outside of the UK. To help you, we have added this information to each of these affected products, both in the written description and in the images. If you miss seeing this information and do order any of these products for delivery to a destination outside of the UK, then we are sorry but we'll have to cancel them from your order and issue you with a refund / partial refund for them. Thank you for your understanding.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Your purchase is covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations (previously Distance Selling Regulations). Your consumer rights allow you to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of your purchase, as long as the item is unopened and in the condition it was sent.

Items must be returned within 14 days of notification of your intention to cancel.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt and checking of the goods upon their return.
