Pine cones are loved by rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, hamsters, mice, hedgehogs, chinchillas and gerbils, and even pet tortoises and birds! They also make a great textural addition to the substrate for reptile or amphibian vivariums.
These cones are foraged each season from UK natural open woodlands where they are guaranteed to be totally fresh (this season's) and entirely organic. They are washed with organic apple cider vinegar, boiled, rinsed and then slowly air-dried, to ensure that they are perfect and safe for your little ones to play with.
Available in packs of 10 or in packs of 25, they are medium in size, ranging from 3cm to 5cm in height, which is perfect for all sizes of pets.
Our smaller pets, such as mice and gerbils also like to climb over them as well as nibble as they go. Our larger pets, such as rabbits and guinea pigs like to throw them around as they play and chew!!! Each pack contains an assortment of sizes across that range (though size distribution is not guaranteed).
Storage instructions
If you don't plan to use this product immediately, please store in a cool dry place. This is because natural materials can be prone to mildew if they are left damp.
